How long does it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders on average take 1-3 business days to process and normally around 2-8 postal days to ship.  International orders can take anywhere from 1-5 days to process and anywhere from 7-21 postal days to ship, if not longer due to Customs.  We do our best to get orders out to our customers as quickly as possible, however our estimated delivery times depend on the specific products ordered based on stock and seasonal availability and your shipping destination.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail and larger orders are normally shipped via UPS.  Orders come with free delivery confirmation and your order tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order goes out for delivery.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship orders internationally using USPS Express Mail, these packages also come with a tracking number to monitor arrival time.  As stated above, international orders can take anywhere from 1-5 days to process and anywhere from 7-21 postal days to ship, if not longer due to Customs.  We are not responsible if your country’s Customs holds a package or does not approve of its contents.  Please make sure your country allows the items you are ordering before placing your order.  Shipping times will vary from country to country depending on their specific policies.  We will do our best to get your order to you, however please be patient as international orders can take awhile to arrive.

How to cancel an order or request a refund or return?

When you place an order, you are agreeing to pay for the products ordered as long as they are shipped to you in good condition and within a reasonable time frame.  All sales are final.  Order cancellations, refunds, and returns are granted at our sole discretion and can be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If you need to cancel an order or want a refund or exchange, please email us at sales@topshelfkratom.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Only part of my order has arrived, where is remaining portion of my order?

Most orders arrive in a package containing all of the products you have ordered, however some items are sent directly from the manufacturer and will arrive in a separate package.  Also, some items may be backordered and their shipment will be delayed.

My payment is not going through, what should I do?

At the time of checkout, please make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information that is on your credit card, including the billing address associated with the card.  If any of the information does not match, the transaction will not go through.  If you are unsure about any of your information when placing the order, please call your credit card company to see the information that they have on file.  If all of the information is correct and your order is still not going through, please email us at sales@topshelfkratom.com.

Are the product pictures a good representation of what I will receive?

All herbs, spices, herb powders, and loose leaf tea pictures are a good representation of what you will receive when placing an order.  However, please remember that these products come from nature, and product characteristics such color can vary from batch to batch.  We are proud to offer the highest quality herbal products and you can be assured that you are receiving what you ordered.

What is the shelf life of herbs and spices that I order?

Herbs and spices generally do not spoil, however they will lose their potency as time goes on.  It is best for spices and herbs to be stored in airtight containers in dark, cool, and dry storage areas.  Whole herbs and spices can last around 3-4 years, while powdered herbs and spices last usually around 1-2 years.

What are the ratios (5:1, 10:1) and percentages (%) of certain products?

Ratios or percentages represent a concentrate or an extract.  These extracts and concentrations are a stronger form of a particular product.
